Churchill Falls → Quebec 5,428 MW today. DCIA (17 Aug 2026) replaces the 1969 contract, locks 6,915 MW firm to 2077, and adds Gull Island (2,700 MW) plus CF upgrades — construction, not operating MW. Maritime Link ↔ Nova Scotia ~475 MW.

Island rates still carry Muskrat Falls. Labrador is a different tariff world.
